Update 21:

The 'Missing Piece':

Dear Dianne, Odilia, Analia, Maria, Michael and Larry,

Now when we are quite distant from our July event, I have something to tell. My experience with the 'hitchhiker' came back many times recently. I had the feeling that I am still not seeing the whole picture. I felt that something is missing, a part of the story is still unfolded.

I asked Adama's help to understand with my heart and my mind ALL what happened. And now after some beautiful help I got the missing piece. And I think it is important to all of you to know...

Because of your direct question I am entitled to share with you the following:

All who had ‘experiences’ with ‘me’ or with others from Telos got the same, got some special activation codes, so your DNA structure is under profound activation right now. You are getting closer to the 5th dimension again with a huge step. However it has to happen as a personal realization for all of you, rather than a channeled explanation by us. It is still true.

So ask your Divine Self about all these. You will be surprised by the levels of meaning. Yes during all these personal experiences your DNA codes were activated on a very ancient manner with silent transmission through us. No seeing, no feeling anything then, except the validation in your hearts that all these are true, NOW. When you have this personal validation than the transmission is completed. You seek further meaning . You got it.

Dear members of my surface team. Be always conscious. More to happen soon. Please greet these happenings and help others to understand them. All will change in a rapid way as I said. You are having active parts in this process both from personal and from planetary point of view.

The DNA activation is happening for many and will for more. The process at the beginning can cause different symptoms. Greet them with love. The hard ones will disappear. And higher and higher frequency levels will be achieved. Help others to understand. Your guides are there to assist. Take our help on every level. We are with you always.

Update 22: The Next Step

Blessings to you all, this is Athos speaking.

The next step in trying to come back and forth from Telos has to be meditating over the fact whether you want to stay here once you are in, or if you are only guided out of normal curiosity.

For it is imperative in a true seeker to be able to define, specifically, the direction towards to aim.

You could start to get acquainted to our beloved city in the etheric plane, and be able to recall the full experience. It could even take less time to achieve the goal, in linear terms, if you asked your High and Supreme Being to lead your consciousness to our domain. This way, you can start to get familiar with the vibration of this sacred place, so the final step can be done in a fluent, harmonious way.

You are all welcome and loved, beyond your human thought.

You are all respected and blessed, for you will accomplish the goal, as we said many times before, in your own terms in reference to the time frame.

Eventually and if you wait long enough, Telos doors might get opened for those on the surface, but it still has not been released when and how that will occur.

Update 23: A Letter to Athos

I have some comments and questions for you in regards to your "Next Step' message.

First off in regards to your statement:

"For it is imperative in a true seeker to be able to define specifically the direction toward the aim"

Well for me and this may be true for many others who are on the list the "aim" is as you said is to be able to physically go in and out of Telos (as Michael has done) or any other Inner Earth city of the Agartha network for the reasons that others of the Inner Earth Council have stated in the 7 "visit" messages that were conveyed through Heidi Stadler from February to June in 2006.* The following are excerpts from these messages:

" As you know, you are prepared to make a connection with us, physically I mean, even those who are new in this group, you already unconsciously know. Otherwise, you wouldn't be here today. You have chosen yourself to do this trip.... soon. We are together here today to do another more intense, more physical preparation to really make a visit where we live and to give you... to more light up this idea in your brain. Don't leave it."

Well Athos what they conveyed is the "aim" or the goal which appears to be a mutual goal. In fact I believe "your' yearning for us to visit your Edenistic world is stronger than our yearning to come to it. So the question becomes how do we visit your world like Michael was able to do. I know you said the first step is to get aquainted with your world on the etheric plane but what is the second step after one has done this. Does one plan to go to Mt.Shasta for one week in which one goes to a certain spot where would physically meet ones Inner Earth guide who would then take him or her to the portal to Telos? I await your answer to this question..

Update 24: Athos' Answer

Below is Athos' answer to my question that was in my " A letter to Athos" email. I received this on August 3rd and I was hesitant on sending it to those on the list as it was somewhat personal. However like the personal message to me from Sitara I feel what was said to me would apply to everyone who desires to physically visit Telos. In addition to this Dianne Robbins has just sent me a new message from Adama which states that all those who have this yearning can also be "one of those". This new message from Adama should follow this one as they are about 10 minutes apart.

Imagine things and make them real are different. Before you can be entered on the physical you need to get used to our dimension as we said. The difference in the frequency levels are too huge now. Individual invitations to Telos will help to raise the group's consciousness.

The few who are ready, will know it with no doubt, they will be the first to be invited. When they get back, they can help in the group's entering process. Come to the Mountain, raise your consciousness, get your personal divine experiences.

Continue the preparations days and nights. All your etheric visit to us help the divine aim to get in on the physical. But it can not happen earlier than your readiness.

You have been assigned a guide, all of you that feel it right at the center of the heart, you had. There are no outside sources that can be more certain that the voice that whispers in your heart and ears, which are Us.

The invitation to come will arrive in a way it will be received first as intuition, and then it will be corroborated before the trip.

Update 28: From Annemarie

Larry,

Both dates are not of any problem to me. It's the financial aspect that allowed me to choose only one of these dates. I know that I am invited. Two weeks ago for the first time I went on the internet to Look for a picture of Adama. The physical manifestation of him.

I looked into his eyes and told him That I am ready to visit the mountain. I recall the moment I connect with his energy. It was during my return- journey from Guatemala to Holland. In the airplane I received the invitation and he told me that visiting Mount Shasta will be my first mission. His energy led me to Dianne Robbins and from Dianne to you.

Sitting behind my computer, staring at his picture I then in a vision I saw all of my family of light, an enormous group of beings. Standing in front of me Waiting for me/us to come home. It was as if I was looking at a forrest of beings of light. All in their white robe, waiting for us.

During that same period I had a dream. I was looking toward the sky through my window. The sky was beautiful.Suddenly I heard the sound of an airplane, but diffrent. I walked toward the door, opened it and went outside searching for the airplane in the sky.

There it was, it was flying toward me. I could not move. I was paralysed. The airplane landed only a couple of meters in front my house. The landing was not horizontal but vertical. The tail of the airplane upward. On the door of the airplane was a star symbol . It was a one person airplane and a man was sitting in it. He waved at me and got out of the airplane. I was afraid, becaus this airplane was not from our world. I turned toward the door to hide inside.

But before I could closed the door He was standing in front of me. He said ;please don't close the door, I came with an important message. I looked into his eyes and instantly all the fear in me was gone.I sat with him on a bench that was in front of my house. He said he was from another dimension.

He brought some inportant knowledge to share. He said, that he must share this knowledge in a very short time because everyday on earth is a day too long. All the knowledge will fade away because the energy of the earth will make him forget. He wanted to explane some symbols to me. He started with a circle that he draw on my knee. He told me that the knowledge of this symbol is not fully known on earth. From the circle came other symbols and then I woke up out of the dream.

This dream reminds me of a message the brothers of light told me some years ago that there will knowledge available in the near future about things that humans don't understand and can't explaine. I knew that this dream has to to with Telos.

If you choose september it is OK with me, but my personal choice would be October. When I read the message from Athos to you through Analia telling you that the dates will come to you through intuition.The date of the 24th of october came to me. I then know that the invitation would be around the end of October.

I was already making plans for my self to arrive in M.Shasta city two or three days before the meeting. I felt so connected when I read your previous email with the dates that came to you 27-29th of october. The 24th of october would be the date I would leave for Mt.Shasta city. Just like I was planning to do, two or three days before the meetings.

About the weather, when the date of 24th of october came to me, I said to spirit; That time of the year it would be cold and perhaps there will be snow. Through my intuition the voice of spirit came through; The weather can not hold you back if you are invited. And so it is!!!

The following is the text of a recent email that I received from Wendy Athorn .

Dear Larry,

I have been speaking to a lady named Kathleen Bryant who lives about 50 miles south of myself. She has been getting messages and teachings from Adama for a long time and would like to be in touch with you. When that happens please know that she is authenic, loving, and sincere and has been working a long time within the spiritual scene.

Last night " When that happens" happened and below is Kathleen's message to me in response to a request that was in an email that I had sent to Wendy in regards to Wendy and Kathleens' travel arrangements to Mt. Shasta.

Hi Larry,

I am honoured to finally communicated with you, on this exciting upcoming event. you have asked of me to give you some background of who I AM and so this request is being honoured. I also wish to thank you for all the help you have given in support of the confirmations I have been getting about coming. I again thank you.

My connections to spirit have always been with me, yet it was not until 7 years ago that I finally woke up and understood that connection that was so familiar to me. During that time I was introduced to Kryon like Kata, and had that connection to the Lemurians. It is that I have always accepted them as family. One of the many things that I do here in Australia is that I have been given tasks to do, to help bring in energies to help humanity grow, this did not start until 2005. One of those tasks involved opening up the Altantian Hall of Records, and there have been many other tasks before and after this of similar experiences. It was on this task that I and 2 others with me, had our first encounter with the Lemurians.

As part of that task I was to direct the 2 with me down a tunnel (ethric) into another dimension Yet in order to enter, our hearts, belief and vibrations had to be at a certain level. This we succeeded and here we met 3 Lemurans each holding a large glowing oval egg. It was in my knowing that this was our Lemurian star seeds plus much more. they handed this to each of us, then they stepped forward and melded with us. These beings where our Lemurian selves, we became one. we left with our Lemurian seeds. All of which is within my heart. A wonderful and very powerful experience. There was great preparation for this task over a couple of months.

I write of this experience, because I now understand it was a prelude for entering Telos. At the beginning of this year another task was being presented, yet it is within me to go with the flow and allow that to be shown. I have been in preparation for this event we speak of at the end of October for these last 8 months,Yet unbeknown to me, I wasn't sure of what I was being prepared for. I was told by Lord Enoch that I was gaining momentum and raising my vibration during which 2 months ago I was given that task to do. This is at Mt Shasta. I felt it was next year around the same time, yet Now I understood the preparation work I had been doing, is for this task that I am to do and also to enter into Telos at this time. however, as synchronicity takes form. I had not seen or spoken to my friend Wendy for a while, when work is to be done, spirit will connect you to those who are to help. Wendy was at the spiritual church I was attending in may this year, to which she told me that she was going to Mt Shasta in June (sorry if dates are not correct, I work in the moment and have less memory of what took place 1/2 an hour ago let alone months) of this year.

My heart leaped with excitement. I spoke of doing a task there also, when the time was right. I wished her well. When Wendy returned she began sending me the emails from you etc. that spoke of entering the mountain. My heart jumped and I said "that's me" tears came in recognition. Since then my growth of momentum and raising my vibration has increased. Messages of preparation for the trip have been given to me, This beautiful soul Wendy has been my bridge to Mt Shasta and what I am to do there. As like Kata, I get messages from others as well as for self.

As spirit will always give you that which you need for that which is to be done. I can channel yet have done so for small groups only. Yet for self, mostly written. It was after the message about ARE YOU READY, that I said YES I AM. two days later I was giving a reading for a friend who said I had a Lemurian Guide standing behind me. His name is Vandurian. I have since been connecting to his energy. I even had a day after this of doubt. A day of tests. Yet during this day of my doubting. I relayed a message to a small group with Wendy in attendance. It was 3 Lemurian beings standing behind me.

During part of this message they said, that the invitations had been given. directing this to Wendy and self. How appropriate that they would give this message through a moment of doubt. Lesson learnt. I am pleased to say that this only lasted one day, and I am back on track. It is in my knowing that yes the October date is the correct date. However small or large this group is, it does not matter, for the purpose is in the knowing and the allowing. To be open without expectations yet to follow your heart. All will be lead to the correct day and those who are to be will come together. It would not have come into synchronicity otherwise.

The choice is always ours. (I feel that it is not just me writing this now) Up until then I had no need to receive a message from Adama, Adama's energy has been with me these last 8 months and that was all that I needed. I knew with in my heart without a doubt that I am to be apart of this gathering. Late October seemed to be the timing of those in Telos, and for those who have agreed to enter telos as planned on a higher level.

For this is the time that those who are to come will have reached that place within themselves that in understanding. The knowing leads the way. Yet Larry has asked of a message from Adama, So in a written message prio to writing this email. Adama personally invited me to MT Shasta, Yet has said the choice has always been mine.

And So IT IS. I Choose. The date was not given in writing, For it is within the trust that the date has already been given.

It is indeed beautiful that you are 'called' back to the mountain of course whenever you feel to do so. I read all your nice, clear, 'love filled' words. I would like to tell you one thing. It is not

Their decision that only few is invited in this period of time. It is ours on an indirect way. It is the result of our recent readiness. Everybody is invited of course, They would be the happiest if they could greet the entire group in the same time, now or soon.

It is the difference in consciousness that make Them to follow this way, NOW.

The divine idea is that those who can enter earlier can help for the group ( the brothers and sisters :-)) to achieve the requested frequency level to step into 5D. Let me suggest to your heart rather being 'sad' for the group', appreciate the divine help to give as many assistance and guidance as we are ready to receive, and accept your beautiful role in helping your brothers and sisters their way back home....

I hope soon will be revealed more for all of us. All is is up to us, up to the openness of our heart. They are so ready, and waiting patiently. :-)

Update 31: From Lynn

Dear Larry,

Thank you for all the messages you have been passing along to us; if it's okay with you I would still like to continue receiving them.

Everytime I receive a message my heart opens to the energy and I am happy for you.

I have received a message tonight from ADAMA stating that it is not that I do not have an invitation to enter Telos because I do , it will not be the date that was indicated for yourself. This may be just for you, I do not know.

I have been receiving indications that the entry ways into the Hollow Earth will soon be activated for lack of a better word. That the people throughout the world that live near a corridor or entry way and if it is of their purpose will be contacted.

I have recently been fortunate enough to be re connected with some incredible crystals that have been waiting for this time; I am being aligned, re aligned and as I pulse with the crystal I AM pulsing with the Heart of this earth and the Oneness of All.

Needless to say my connections with Arcturus, Telos and Bio Relativity exercises are becoming stronger and more directed.

I have been instructed to continue my connections and the work with the crystals to continually raise my vibrational level and to stabilize it so that I can be of service and that I will be connected with all the appropriate sources when the time is right, whether it be Telos or nearer to where I live. You see within the past two years I believe I was led to this area, I have had visions, I'm not quite there but I am pretty darn close, a dear friend of mine has had similar visions, she is more North of the area in question and I am to the

South of where we believe our connections will be made. I have seen the corridor to this land and was briefly visited by a Native American Guide who told me we would have much work to do but the time was not right and that he would be back. This was a year ago and it really hasn't been till this last while that the realization set in that this land was all connected with the Inner Earth. Actually it was when I decided to go to the July Gathering of 7/7/7. I had just been thinking of how I needed to connect in some way to anyone that was connected with Telos and that was when your invitation came out to everyone for the July 09th Gathering.

I was told to share this information with you so others would be open to receive their invite into the Inner Earth through other parts of this Earth that is ready to be activated.

Ahh!! It is all starting to happen.

You see everytime you sent an email in regards to the invitation I immediately felt it in my heart and it felt Yes this is it; but the details were all wrong (for me)

I believe I received my answer tonight.

Thank you so much for your wise words.

I do not now where to start.:-)

The crystals will have such an important role in our lives . And as you know more than me, this is only the beginning. Crystal are everywhere in Hollow Earth, on the surface, on their etheric form all around us. Crystals in the physical can connect us faster to the Crystalline grid . This grid has direct contact to our crystalline chakra, which is in (re)activation all around the world in every single one of us, ( as part of the new chacra system).It helps to raise our frequency level and help our hearts to be more and more open.

AND this Crystalline grid is the web of light which connects every consciously living being to the higher dimensions and the portals. Hollow Earth portals are and will be activated all around the world. This is so true and so IMPORTANT.

We have so many to happen soon as Adama said. These portals will play a major role in the upcoming surface happenings... This activation, this portal openings on the surface everywhere will help our Inner Earth family to contact us on the physical. The basic requirements are the same whether we talk about entering to Telos or other Hollow Earth region. You can be called to settle as in your case near to one of these, to activate it, or you can be called to be somewhere time to time.

The mission is so personal for everyone, even though we can and should unite our wisdom and light, it can happen in separate places on the physical, still in one places in our hearts...

All I can say what I feel, that the answer you got is very very true. And as you probably know Adama is one of the masters who is responsible for the crystalline grid....

The amazing that the reason why you were told to ask me is not to listen to my words. The reason is to get the message what I got from Adama right after our July gathering, but than for some reason could not be sent to the group. In this short message he spoke about the unimportance to come to Mt Shasta for those who feel that they can connect the Inner Earth wherever they live...

No need to come to the mountain to keep in touch with us. Telos and other beautiful cities can be visited by pure intent if you keep your heart open. Your personal guide will know the way. If you are ready just ask and you can be entered. Everybody is invited but few on the physical. First get used to the fifth dimension. In your dream-state we can teach you more. Keep learning. The merge of the two civilizations is close. Be our way-showers toward others. So many to happen soon. Your lights will be the bridge for many. PRAYER FOR THE CRYSTALLINE GRID

Greetings to everyone who feels the changes in her/his heart and in her/his life. Yes indeed these are very important days regarding your ever unfolding mission to Ascension. I know how the last few weeks and the next ones brought and are bringing serious revelations into your lives. That is not a surprise, these are the final times to realize the necessity of leaving behind all what is related to the old paradigm. To realize it and to behave accordingly are two different things. However listening to your hearts is getting easier, and you know the way now so well.

Dearest maters, I know that this period is bringing all the difficulties, what you should face before a major change (shift) in reality. But in the same time it brings real higher dimensional beauty as well. This process will be more profound during the upcoming days. Time of cleansing, time of letting things go, before the Gate is opening. Clear your hearts my masters. I know that all the latest messages dealt with the readiness of your hearts. Ask your Divine Self now, whether you are ready with this clearing, with this heart opening. The upcoming days can bring you profound manifestations of the higher dimensional life and your true assignments regarding it. Your guide from our reality will be there all the way. To assist, to care, to help, to love. If everything goes according to the divine plan, after these intense days you will be much MUCH closer to us, much MUCH closer to your Divine Self.

9th of September is the opening of the gate for the special days, ended up with the quantum leap 9 day later. Start it with a day long mediation. Update 34: Back from the mountain

Dear Larry,

I got back from the mountain yesterday. To say the least these were the most powerful/amazing/divine days of my entire life. So many have been revealed. I am still in a phase of putting together the pieces. To share all what I am instructed to be shared takes some time.

As a major question for few, it may disappoint you but I can not point any part of the mountain to find a gate to go through. However in the same time the mountain is open for every true seeker. Our Lemurian brothers and sisters are waiting so eagerly to greet us down there. Every group activity can enhance the vibration of the group. But the entering is way not how we expect, imagine and anticipate...

I will write down all my experiences and will share with everybody who wish to read them, but it takes some time and 'distance'.

I am able with Their help to show a kind of direction, but as I said to find the 'gate' is very much part of everybody' s own heart's journey.

The mountain is the most magical place I've ever been. Full with wonders and signs for the open hearted seekers. The picture attached was taken my last day up there at the sunset. My camera seemed to be normal before and after, but in that very moment acted 'strangely'. I am asked by Adama to forward it, as a present and a heartfelt thank you for those who participated in the crystalline grid prayer.

Update 35: Frequency Music

Dear Larry,

I'd like to share the following thoughts with your group who will soon be going to Mt. Shasta and merging with the Inner Earth frequencies.

I am Angela Barnett and my husband Joe Barnett are both Indigo 1's who have spent our entire life running frequencies through earth grids and universal grids. We were recently aligned with our current project of frequency alignment when St. Germain and several other Light Beings appeared before me in June. I'd like to share some thoughts from St. Germain and Archangeal Raphael.

I think the point that Adama is making at this time is that we must raise our frequencies - our oscillation of consciousness to be the same as the portal that we wish to enter. It isn't the portal in the mountain that we are trying to open -- it is the portal in our consciousness that we are trying to open. This is what we are working on with our music. Our frequencies must be the same as inner earth before we can merge. I asked Raphael if entering Telos would change me. The answer was no. I think he meant we must change--or rather raise consciousness an frequencies before going to Telos. I think this is the time of merging into oneness. We must be the same before we enter in.

We would like to introduce ourselves and our project that we are presently working on with St. Germain and many other benevolent beings, which is intended to help and guide this merging of frequencies.

When St. Germain appeared before me, just a few months ago, along with Zadkiel, Raphael, Mary, Metatron, the Mekelzidiks, the Elohim angel choir and dozens of other light beings, he indicated very strongly that the music we create is bringing the frequencies of today's presence-which is the highest frequency that has appeared on earth for now. This frequency allows us to return to the remembrance of our Light Body. The Benevolent ones said the frequencies and resonances in this music are to bring the Presence of this time in Evolution. St. Germain said NOW is the time for this music. He said it is needed NOW. They said our first album-The Promise was to bring the remembrance of that Presence-which was the beginning time of Mahatma returning the Oneness of all Energies to Earth.

We are starseeds that are Indigo 1's, who came here to help entities on Earth with the transition into the 5th Dimension by running/channeling the highest frequencies/ energies. We have been given this gift of understanding the true meaning of raising frequencies and longer wave lengths of oscillation. This gift has come to us during a process of 20 years as we've created music. We were told by St. Germain and Zadkiel that we actually created this music and this plan as our mission long before we came to earth. We were told that we have been working with this team for a very long time, and NOW is our time.

Some of the entities we are directly working with on this project are St. Germaine, Archangel, Raphael, Archangel Zadkiel, Archangel Mary, many Elohim Angels, Archangel Metatron, Mahatma, Paul the Venetian , Kuthumi, Serapis Bey, some Seraphim Angels and the Crystal Light Entity.

Listening to the music helps the listener wake up in remembrance to their infinite and eternal and multidimensional beingness. The music also gives the listeners a reference point on how these frequencies feel, so they can more easily run these same entities frequencies and others in their meditations.

The purpose of this music is to help the listener connect to, feel and realize their Etheric Body that resonates at a much finer, delicate vibration than the physical body. The technology used in creating the music creates longer wave lengths which increases oscillation or a closer oneness with the higher selfhood and Source.The layers of light beyond the physical body-the etheric body resonates with finer vibrations of light particles. This music aligns the cells and the memory with these light particles.

Music contains metagrams which are codes that are understood and downloaded by the cells in the body and the higher self. It is the new fifth dimensional way of communicating. Fifth dimensional communication allows the Divine Plan of multidimensional grids of communication with no interference from time or space.

The music activates immortal chromosones that can only be activated through the frequency of unconditional love and the belief that the body is immortal. The Benevolent Ones told us that this music is the Octave of Knowing from our Sirius Higher Self which allows us to burst into our New World. It is the Tone of Home--the frequency of immortality--returning to our original selfhood--the key to the door of our universe.

Our music is created from channeled frequencies and creativity from Elohim Angels, Archangels, Seraphim Angels, Light Beings, Cosmic Beings, Planets,Stars and Source. These frequencies can be heard and understood by the cells in the emotional, physical and mental bodies and especially by the higher self and Christ self. .

Oscillation of Consciousness rising higher and higher to the light of oness and the inward Godseed in the heart raises the frequency of our tonality. Each being has an original tonality, but that tonality may oscillate higher and higher as we MERGE to the expansion of consciousness.

Our music is dedicated to the raising of frequencies and expanding

consciousness and this vibration can be heard and felt in our music and verse. This music ignites the flame in the heart, it increases the vibrations of the listener causing the cells to sing and regain divine tonality. This is God's vibration. This frequency of light and love can be felt in your cells and embraces the atmosphere of any room or audience. This higher alignment of frequencies prepares for entrance into multidimensional reality. This frequency only allows that which is of the same frequency to enter the experience of the audience and it will erase anything that is not of the same frequency. We have found over and over again that only those who have the Indigo DNA or those desiring to live in the fifth dimension remain in the locality where our music is being played.

We oscillate until we connect our keys to all in cosmic light to ignite our frequencies and blend in harmony. The universe the highest octave, each star a scale, a tone, we resonate as one whole chord, each note a universe of its own, to grow into a sound so glorious the angels choir will sing a song of each new tone, as if to play on harps of strings made of gold the grids that align us with the earth's cosmic frequencies of love. Dear Ones,

I promised to get back regarding my experiences on the mountain.

Well after all these days and getting back to Hungary, it is still very clear and powerful but more settled.

I had wonderful, very profound experiences up there as I told earlier.

To be there with open hear -that is the only thing can lead one to the divine experiences of the mountain.

I can not point to one physical part of the mountain but it is not necessary. They can be everywhere with you. And They show you the way where to go.

I had very clear instructions, teachings from Adama regarding their existing and further missions with us. They are part of us as much as we part of Them, the two 'components', civilizations need to be merged, united.

WE know so well that They are ready to greet us in their life. They are also ready to appear in our gatherings in the physical. The key is still in our hearts. Are our hearts.

So up there I got many instructions how these very special hearts can be more opened. Special places and very special energies can help to make this opening process 'successful'.

They are waiting to communicate with all of us. They are ready to connect, TO HELP. All those who are eager to greet Them from our side, and eager to visit Them, are the wayshowers for many.

WE are the Lemurians who are awakening all around the planet. Lemurians who are ready to 'accept' their divine roots and go 'Down' for it. Our revealed past is very much part of our present and future as individuals, as groups, as humanity. So many to understand with our hearts before allowed to Ascend. But it is time. Update 37: From Angela and Joe

I would like to share the activations and directions placed in my consciousness as I read Tatiyana's last message from Adama.

The message from Adama said our entrance to Telos would be in light bodies and he said in preparation everyone needs to practice multidimensionality of Self. The guardian councils including the Crystalai Council, the Melchizedek Council and several others have been pouring out information on the activation of the multidimensional Self because it is so important NOW. They have placed a walk-in on earth who has the capacity to communicate with all of these councils simultaneously and to bring forth their teachings as they form and change day by day in accordance with the Earth's activations and Cosmic realignments and dozens of other criteria.

The reason it is so important to practice multidimensionality of self has been communicated to Ashayana Dean(see Azurite Press.com) We each have selves in each of the fifteen dimensions. While many are already familiar with the first three- celular, emotional and mental dimensions. Some are less famiilar with their astral, archetypal, Angelic and Etheric selves, and even less famiilar with the Spark of the living Flame in the 8th dimension, the Monad Selves and our selves who are pure white light.

The project that the Guardian Races have been working on is to help us reunite all of our selves back into ONE. This process requires the use of light frequencies. Our selves are only separated by a difference in frequencies. The higher the oscillation of the light form the slower the wave lengths are. Joe and I have been directed through this process of connecting the frequencies of our selves through music. Each being has a resonance -a tone-a frequency. When I communicate with Mikos, Zadkiel, Mary or any of the benevolent ones I connect with a certain tone. I can feel it ringing through my body. Some of their frequencies contain a more soft, loving feeling, others contain a more powerful resonannce, some are more tingly, bright present in their resonance. I can tell who is present by their frequency. Each of our selves in each dimension also has a frequency. We need to become aware of these selves and bring them into our beings as One.

We need to stop saying my higher self said this or my higher self understands or my higher self directed me to do this. We must recognize our Oneness Now. We are our Rishi Self, We are our Christ Self. We are One. Pull yourselves together as One. Realize that you are your higher highest and all selves NOW. Mahatma brought this great energy of Oneness to Earth about twenty years ago. This energy was what inspired our first album- The Promise.

I was given a similar message from my guides-Zadkiel, Mary, Raphael, St. Germain and the Elohim Choir. They have been guiding me in a project to be ready for a three day and three night event-which I believe will take place at Mt. Shasta. They directed me to make sure my Crystal Bodies can Resonate at a frequency that connects and contains the Etheric Crystal Self, the Megelythic Consciousness in order to move through the Time Wave--the Trinity Wave.

The way Zadkiel explained this to me was they placed in front of me a crystal sphere that is made of dust, gel and light. The dust removes all fear and pain, the gel reforms the cells and the body, and the light heals all. They gave me the power to ask them to place these energies and this crystal any place that I asked them to. They told me that they had placed the Elohim Choir in my heart. I should sing from my heart into the crystal and ask it to be ignited by the crystal light.

This formula works equally well for singing the frequencies of Oneness and for opening the stargates into our original self hood.

Joe and I are creating music as we are guided by several archangels. The formula is specifically for merging with Inner Earth.

The music is created with frequencies and codes. The codes that are specific to this mission are the Bi-Veca and Tri-Veca Codes which do several things. First they restore the D-12 Divine Blueprint of our original self. This also connects our multidimensional self into one. These codes open the Inner Earth portals. These access codes to open the Inner Earth portals were highly protected and only the Magi race lines, the Grail lines, were allowed to have them and even they were not allowed to know how to use them. These are major codings that will open the Inner Earth portals, but they are also the frequencies that will protect Indigos and humans from the frequencies that are being broadcast by Dark Forces.

The code is Maha rata mu A Va Kee Ra ShA Ha Sha. These codes represent the mathematical coding releases for time continua. Inner Earth is the time continuum cycle that runs on the trions. So, its the Trion continuum where you still have polarity but within the unity of the whole.

Frequent and Continued use of the Veca Codes along with other techniques presented by the Councils progressively build Critical Mass of the Divine Blueprint program simultaneously with ALL levels of the 15 Dimensional anatomy.

The code also represents the one making the request for entry into inner earth announcing their self as the original selfhood-the divine image of the divine blueprint, the divine one who only wants the divine plan. It is a polite request to return to the original family, the original home as we merge into oneness with our inner earth family.

We have been working on this project for three months now. We will make it available to you as soon as possible. Meanwhile use the code along with the understanding of its meaning to start activating the multidimensional self and the request for entry.

We must make sure we have all of our light bulbs turned on and plugged into the right sockets to gain entry into the city of lights.

Now for the Good News. All of codes sent by the Divine Councils may be received by you if you ask.

Just ask the Guardian Councils, the Crystallai Council, The Melchelzidiks, Metatron, ask Zadkiel, ask St. Germain. Ask them to establish in you the codes necessary for initiation and activation to enable you to enter the Inner Earth. Ask them to establish in you the activation of these codes and to guide you how to use them. Ask and ye shall receive.

They are waiting to serve us. Don't forget we all work under the laws of the Divine Plan which says we all have Free Will. This means they can't do anything for us unless we give them permission. I give permission every night before I go to bed. I give permission to all councils and all angels and all archangels to run codes and activations and to turn on my 12 DNA and to reform my cells. I ask Mikos and Adama to take me to Telos every night for initiation. I ask Kuthumi, Maitreya, El Morya to guide me to anything that will help with my initiation and ascension.

Zadkiel and St. Germain told us that THE PROMISE album was our presentation of the Presence that was on Earth at that time. It was the announcement of a new era on earth. It was the announcement of the fulfillment of the promise that was made by the Crystallai Council and several other gaurdian councils that have been working on this project of the Divine Plan for eons.

Here at Lunar Visions our vision of Heaven was conceived and born through music. The technology of light and sound that would be capable of creating this vision was brought to our door step along with the visions, the words and the Oneness of Cosmic Mind's highest vibration through At-one-ment with the Christ Consciousness Frequency of Light.

This music is saturated with Prana. It is made in Oneness with Divine Mind--the Golden Light of Divine Being gave its frequencies of Love, Light and Sound and Color through the star Beings consciousness.

This music began its creation the same day that the Star Sirius poured down waterfalls of light on the earth and redeemed the earth from Karma. The day the energy was sent to free us from Karma-the day that Divine Grace began on earth was the date this music was delivered to our doorstep, along with the technologies required to create music in the frequency of golden light. This musical idea was born on December 1994, to celebrate the deliverance of 12:12 to earth.

Our Divine Mission was delivered to us at our doorsteps in Beppu, Japan. The vision of the Kingdom of Heaven on earth began to flow through our consciousness as the messages sent on the highest frequency of Love was filtered through our consciousness into the frequencies of the seventh dimension.

THE PROMISE album was created as a high frequency tool that already has the electromagnetic forces in line with the earth's crystal grids. It is sound technology created through Divine Mind--the Divine Plan and Seventh level consciousness. IT was created for the purpose of drawing the new heaven and earth in consciousness as directed by the Cosmic Mind. The details of the creation are left to the observer or the listener.

THE PROMISE opens the consciousness to accept the reality of the void. The promise of the perfect kingdom that now exits in the heart of the observer. The music directs the listener to search for the Christ Light --the crystal grid structure--the Holy Grail that now exists in the center of the heart and is activated by the Luxor Point or Ascension flame.

When this flame of gold, blue and pink is pulled into the heart from the Cosmic and Rishi self in the sixth and seventh dimensions ,and then turned into liquid light and wrapped with the Christ Light and spun at the speed of light and then expanded out into infinity, the listener has turned on the sound light and color frequency of the Divine Plan. You are ready to Make God's Movie.--and you are the gods creating the movie.

The second song announces THE HEARTBEAT OF LOVE that waits inside our earth and is now beating above 20 on the Schumann scale. When we enter the earth's core through the Merkaba vehicle, and we spin it like a top, we align within the earth and connect to the earth's crystal grids of unconditional love, Chirst Consciousness, Illumination and the Crystal River. The feeling of connecting with the earth's grids is beyond language. It is the true feeing of being in heaven. The Earth Mother Goddess waits for us in her womb. The earth has already ascended. It waits for us in the fifth dimension. The feeling of oneness with earth--the connection to her crystal grids of the Divine Mind allows us to feel the heaven we will be living in continuously as we align our crystal grids with hers.

The third song reminds us to ABIDE constantly in this frequency of Oneness that is first achieved through connecting with the earths grids and then enforced through the Luxor Point, the Holy Grail and the telecommunication channels to all Light beings, Ascended Masters, Archangels and angels. Turn your radio channels and your telephone receiver to connect with the Light Crystal grids of Infinite Communication with the Divine Plan and the Divine Mind.

ASK FOR HEAVEN once you get the connection on the electromagnetic channels of the crystal grids. The Kristos plan that was set in motion eons ago was finally being activated when The Promise album was written and now it is in its final stages of completion. Those who have always believed that Christ would return--those who kept the light shining and helped to enact the Divine Plan even in the absence of the Holy Grail which was returned to earth only recently in our time line will now begin to enjoy the reality of this promise appearing.

The Promise album is like the John the Babtist of the Christ Mission. It is announcing that the Gaurdian Races have been working for millions of years to make sure that the Divine Plan of Earth ascending back into its original state of perfection along with all of the beings who are a part of her and who choose to flow along with her. It declares the reality that was placed on earth waiting for the fulfillment of the mission set in place by the guardian council eons ago. The creators of this album were on those councils in their lives that prepared them for this final return to earth to enjoy the fulfillment of their plan to return the perfect creation to Earth, Gaia, Tara and Urtha.

When our vision of perfection aligns with the visions of perfection in Telos, Shambala, or whatever reailty one's frequencies align with-we will appear in that reality. Our brothers and sisters in Telos and other Inner Earth communities have been able to abide in their original realities of their divine selves and divine plan. They are now keeping their promise or merging with their families on the surface of the earth. This merging can only take place as we merge in consciousness with the same vision the same truth the same reality. Those who place their consciousness in the Fifth Dimension of Divine perfection where there is only divine fulfillment, eternal life, no disease, death, control, war--none of the miasms and errors that distorted the creation that was originally placed on Earth.

The Promise album is not the type of music that longs for a return through heartfelt passion, compassion or tears of regret for the past. It is music that places consciousness in the proactive sight of believing and knowing that there is nothing in all of the cosmic galaxies that will keep our Gaurdian Races from fulfilling their mission of restoring heaven on earth, of returning us all to our true home where there is no time or space, to our fifth dimensional selves that will be able to ascend into the seventh, ninth, fifteenth dimensions and on into complete StarBurst. This is the Promise and it is being kept.

Ask and ye shall receive. Believe that you are the co-creator of the Divine Plan--you are the creator of your heaven. Your journey to inner earth. The inner earth, Telos, Shambala, the Acturians world each creation is a vision of that groups heaen-their perfect creation.

The fifth song, THE ANGEL says when you hear the angel, the mystery of God will be done. The seven angels have been activated as the seven seals were set on earths grids. The seventh and final seal that must be presently set in motion is your seal--you must activate your Merkaba around your body and engage your Light Crystal Grid into the earths light crystal grid. When you do this, the Mystery of god will be finished for you. You will be ascended into Divine Mind and you will talk to the angels and inherit the Kingdom of Heaven.

THE INNER EARTH MEDITATION

Here is a meditation that I have done to get the frequencies running between me and Inner Earth / Adama & Mikos.

It would be very good to also play the music from "The Promise" album while doing this meditation to help you connect with your multidimensional self at all dimensions at the same time which will facilitate this process.

I sit in a comfortable position and tell each foot chakra to open.

My right foot chakra is open, now. (I say "now" to have it happen at that moment)

My left foot chakra is open, now.

My breath is what helps further draw or move divine energy/frequencies. My inhale generally draws energy. My exhale generally moves the energy. So, in this case, I inhale to draw Inner Earth frequencies up into myself through my chakras in my feet and other places and I exhale to move the Inner Earth frequencies out to saturate me, my space and out around the Earth with their wonderful frequencies.

Before I begin, I thank, individually, both Adama and Mikos for all of their wonderful work to help us over the eons and for loving us so much. Then, I state that, "I want to communicate with you and know your presence and to run your frequencies and the frequencies of Inner Earth, so I can better become one with the beautiful and loving energies of Inner Earth. Thank you so much."

I then say the two phrases over and over and over and over.

Continue for quite a while until you start feeling their energies starting to run fairly strongly to very strongly. If you don't feel it the first time, don't worry, you will. It may take doing this meditation a day or two or more, or it may only take 20-30 minutes during the first meditation. Don't worry, you will feel it.

As you say the phrases over and over know that with each breath - each inhale and exhale - I am breathing the Inner Earth frequencies up through my feet, my head and my chest. (If you do a lot of frequency running, you probably have found that you need to always breathe in and out through your heart as you do your energy work and with regular breathing as well.)

After this,

I then ask Adama to run his energies/frequencies through me by stating, "Adama's energy, now." When I start to feel his energy, I inhale to accelerate the drawing in of his energies (through my chakras in my feet and my head and chest areas) and then I breathe his energies out my 3D body to saturate every cell. I repeat this until I feel his energies tingling throughout every cell.

Every time/instance that I run his energy, I always say, "Adama's energy, now" before inhaling.

I then continue running Adama's energy, exhaling his energies out into my merkaba, which part of my spiritual body that is in a radius of about 25' around me and naturally spins both clockwise and counterclockwise at the same time - the clockwise motion naturally spins about 3x's faster in the clockwise motion.

I then continue running (inhaling) Adama's energy, exhaling his energies through my heart into the heart of the earth and then out through all of the Earth's grids and including out maybe 500-100 miles up around the Earth.

I do it over and over until I can feel each area super saturated.

I then do the same thing with Mikos - using the phrase, "Mikos' energy, now." each time.

I then do the same thing with the singing waters of Inner Earth.

I then do the same thing with the atmosphere of Inner Earth.

I then do the same thing with the mountains and crystals of Inner Earth.

I then do the same thing with any other wonderful aspect of Inner Earth that comes to mind to do.

There are several other things to do that will seriously help create a portal and that will accelerate your ascension. I will share these things in some later emails.

Update 39: From Annemarie

Dear Larry,

I want to thank you to forward the message of Angela.

I agree and understand what she is saying that we must recognize our Oneness .

I want to respond on her request to us to stop talking about our Higer Self and to recognize that we are our Higher Self.

It was in my early thirties when this Being of pure light reveal itself in me. I was speachless.

What I saw was a tall being of pure white light nothing physical around the shoulder area was a purple colour stole(pure purple light).

At the same moment I hear in me; I Am That I Am, Pure Divinity.

And than it vanished. I was lying in my bed. I could not say anything, the only thought that came in my head was; I saw God.

Not aware that it was my own Being/Spirit.

After some weeks I shared this sory with an older spiritual friend, he was a rosucrusian.

He told me that it was my higher Self/Spirit. In the year 2004 I had channel some of the Masters and they told me that the reason why

my Higher Self reveal itself to me it is because I reached this Oneness with Spirit.

They said; from that moment you are in the world but not from the world. You will always be Two because of your physical body.

and also know that the forces of duality will have no influence on you.

When I talk about Spirit I don't talk about something that is seperated from me.

I also use the title Spirit when I receive messages from the Masters. I don't use their individual name.

To me there is only one Higher Self/Spirit, they (we)are all the same.

'The intense period of activation is far not over. You are all in the middle of the process to get more to understand, more to be able to give forward. The beauty of this process that what you get, you are entitled to give forward. The wisdom and the light can not be only yours especially not now. Welcome for every group activity. It is indeed our honor to greet you here on the mountain. Please feel home, feel the love energy of Telos. Take it with you. Take the light of the wisdom what you are ready to receive. All of the teachings can be transferred to the most sufficient way for every single one of you. Be sure that you got what you are here for. Every step can bring you closer to us. Your heart knows what to do even now. Always always listen to it. Whether you are by yourself on the mountain or at the middle of a gathering, just listen to it.

If the energy is too intense do not worry, just let it flow through you. Take as much as you can, and be aware that you can come back anytime to 'refill'.

My beloved masters. Let the mountain activate your Crystalline structure. Be connected with us through it. So many will be revealed. The vibration can be raised by the group energy, but the gate will be revealed through your heart by your divine family. Of course no earlier when you are ready. Connect your Higher Self, experience the oneness with the mountain. Let your light and our guides lead you.
